About the Event
This past August, The Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County approached MoCoPAAN to host a series of community conversations, which will inform arts/culture spending and policy over the next ten years.
With the leadership of MoCoPAAN members Aditya Desai, Karen T. Lin, and Hudson Tang, we were able to convene a total of over 15 different Asian American artists and organizers across two sessions.
From visual artists to actors, attendees represented a wide range of artistic and cultural disciplines. Further, the group showcased the ethnic and generational diversity of Montgomery County’s Asian American community.
